Return Policy:
What’s your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if you contact us at chromaticmoonbeam@gmail.com within 30 DAYS of receiving your order. Please provide a description of the problem with your order (wrong size/manufacturer error/unneeded) along with your preferred contact method and we'll get back to you promptly. Wrong size exchanges will be required to pay the shipping cost on the replacement order. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at chromaticmoonbeam@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort it out promptly with a refund and replacement if desired.
